When you use the course: your login email and basic usage data needed to give you access.
When you visit the site: standard technical data (such as IP address, browser and pages visited). If we enable analytics or advertising pixels (for example Meta Pixel or Google Analytics), they may use cookies to measure visits and ads.

Some pages link to public Instagram posts. If you follow those links, Instagram (Meta) handles your data under its own privacy policy.
